The answer guarantee

• If the creator doesn't answer within the reply time shown when you paid, you get a full refund automatically.
• If the creator declines your request, you get a full refund automatically.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. UPI refunds are often quick; cards and netbanking usually take 5–7 working days.

Problems with an answer

You can report a problem from your request page for 7 days after the answer. Our team reviews every report and replies by email within 48 hours.
